I had a great experience with Wayfair. Fast shipping, reasonable shipping costs if not free shipping. I had to return a defected/damaged item. They sent a replacement. The company didn't want the other piece back since the shipping would not have been worth it.

I ordered a Luxury Console Table from Wayfair and another Luxury Console Table from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Luxury Console Table, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. I only wish they had the other Luxury Console Table as I'm quite sure I'd be enjoying that as well right now. I at 1st felt Wayfair prices were a bit higher than other retailers, but I'm at the point I'd rather pay the extra just to rest assured that I will receive my order. I really enjoy using this Rosalind Wheeler Verasha 10.5" Console Table. I have this Luxury Console Table in another color, and I asked for it now for my friend. It was a great purchase from the moment I saw it! I ordered online and I'm very happy with it!

Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.

No problems! Wayfair usually comes through on whatever it is that you order through them. I've had a few problems with a couple of furniture pieces, but they replace it w/o any hassle whatsoever. It's just that you have to wait for the piece to be shipped again which is a minor inconvenience sometimes. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my Wayfair experience and would recommend shopping with them to any and all.

I bought the Rosalind Wheeler Verasha 10.5" Console Table and it was just what I was looking for. You can not beat the price of this Luxury Console Table. I have the furniture and it looks great. These Luxury Console Table are PeRFeCT for me! I'm thinking of getting another color.

They work hard to make things right, I am very articular about things and if I am not happy with an item I buy online I expect the same service as I would get from a local store. If you call customer service you will be satisfied with results every time.

I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.

I bought this Rosalind Wheeler Verasha 10.5" Console Table as a New Year present for my daughter. It is as described online. Luxury Console Table looks good even though I feel it is too expensive. Should come with better packaging for the price.

Great company and wonderful, products quality products. Fast service and customer service is very helpful. I had one item arrive missing a part. I was told that they could send me a new product or send me the part. I had the missing part within a week. No questions asked. Everything else I ordered came packaged great with no defects and when the large item arrived, the delivery men put it just where I needed it. I would highly recommend this company.

I'm an engineer by trade and a hobby carpenter, but I decided to go store bought for this need and don't regret it. Have received a lot of compliments.

My friend loved this Rosalind Wheeler Verasha 10.5" Console Table, it's really beautiful! It is simple and sophisticated and can be used with anything that is great for everyday use. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because in one of the review photos.

I ordered a Luxury Console Table and after I realized it was going to arrive later than expected I tried to cancel online with no luck as the system told me it was already loaded for shipment. The customer service rep was outstanding and got everything taken care of for me in a matter of minutes. Very impressed and will continue buying from Wayfair as a result!

After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Luxury Console Table was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Luxury Console Table are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
